On Friday, we will be serving the community at.... Church! That's right, our very own BIG Kids fellowship needs help this Friday, so we will be serving our younger brothers and sisters right here at MCBC. |

Attention Grade 8s! What are you doing for March Break this year? Consider attending Teens Conference this year! It's a good chance to learn more about your faith with people from different parts of Ontario. Registration is due January 31st, so you have a few weeks to consider. Go talk to people from the WAY, if you're unsure. They can probably give you a good idea of what it's like. If you have any other questions, you can contact us any time

Juniors will be going to Square One Shopping Center on a scavenger hunt to collect donation items for Christmas care packages. Please bring whatever donation you can contribute to buying the items ($5 would be nice). We will meet in front of the Open Door on the lower level mall entrance of Wal-mart at 7:30pm and be picked up there at 9:30pm. We can also drop people off at church if you have siblings in WAY or just need to get back to church.
If you didn't get a form at church, it is attached below. Let us know if you need a ride or have any questions. Thanks |

The Juniors will be going out into the surrounding neighbourhoods to collect canned foods and other donations for The Compass Community Outreach Center on Friday October 28. Christmas is a busy season for our food banks and the fellowship is proud to do what we can to support our community.
Make sure you dress warm, and bring a reusable grocery bag to collect donations in. Pray that God will bless those in need at this time of year! |

Grade 6s and 7s - think about some fun "games" we can play to send off the grade 8s on their last night at Juniors (Sept. 2nd). Send your suggestions to joe@juniorfellowship.ca
Also if you would like to help out in the fellowship with planning, and running fellowship activities, please consider and pray about joining the committee. I'll make a more detailed post about committee member responsibilities soon. Alternatively, you can talk to Jason, Andrew, or Amos about what the job is like!
Talk to any of the counsellors if you are considering, or have any questions. |
